- To inspire every student to achieve their best
- To meet the needs of businesses and our community
- To create, develop and sustain a culture that empowers everyone
- To be an inclusive college where all feel safe and respected
- To ensure a sustainable economic future for the college
The presentations then went on to announce the College’s mission statement: ‘To be Extraordinary’ and advocate the core values: Inclusive and respectful, Caring and accountable, Professional and ambitious.
Paul Hannan commented on the mission statement: “Stakeholders told us that West Kent & Ashford College needed to be different, it had to be a special place. A place that does extraordinary things for the students, for its local businesses and communities and of course its staff.”
